All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you wish return any purchase please contact us first for a return authorization number. We will also advise you the shipping address for your return. All returns must include all original manufacturers packaging and are subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and Deltek Products is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.
